The space shut down is fragile, unexpected exceptions may be thrown. This applies expecially when tasks are in the wait container and transactions are rolled back during the shut down. A proper shut down sequence for the Runtime needs to be implemented and tested.

To fix bug #64 the entry access methods of DefaultContainer have been made "synchronized". Thus no concurrent container access is possible. It should be evaluated whether locking/synchronizing of smaller code sections or just using concurrent collections and dealing with concurrent modifications is possible and allows more concurrency.
